[10I  Inspections of services provided under the health service] [or under the 2021 Act]

[(1)     HIS may, in pursuance of its general duty of furthering improvement in the quality of health care in Scotland, inspect any service provided under the health service.

[(1A)     Where a service provided under the health service and social services are provided by virtue of an integration scheme approved under section 7 of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014
