17 听骋别苍别谤补濒

(1)聽聽聽聽 In this Act 鈥渞egulations鈥 means regulations made by the Secretary of State by statutory instrument.

(2)聽聽聽聽 Regulations under this Act may in particular鈥

(a)聽聽聽聽 make provisions for dealing with non-compliance with any of the regulations (including the creation of criminal offences),

(b)聽聽聽聽 impose fees (which shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund), and

(c)聽聽聽聽 provide for the exercise of functions by persons prescribed by the regulations.

(3)聽聽聽聽 Regulations under this Act may鈥

(a)聽聽聽聽 contain any appropriate consequential, incidental, supplementary or transitional provisions
