22 Ìý±õ²Ô³Ù±ð°ù±è°ù±ð³Ù²¹³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô

(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—

“common land†means—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý land subject to rights of common (as defined in this Act) whether those rights are exercisable at all times or only during limited periods;

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý waste land of a manor not subject to rights of common;

but does not include a town or village green or any land which forms part of a highway;

“land†includes land covered with water;

“local authority†means . . . the council of a county, . . . London borough or county district, the council of a parish . . . ;
