How to use this index

This Practice Note provides an index and links to Family Procedure Rules 2010 (FPR 2010), SI 2010/2955, the main procedural rules that apply to family proceedings, plus all supporting Practice Directions. Click on the 'Table of Contents' tab on the left-hand side of the screen which will then expand to display all Parts to the FPR 2010 and the associated Practice Directions for each Part.

To access FPR 2010, click on the ‘speech bubble’ or margin note to the right of the text for the relevant Part or Practice Direction you wish to view. When viewing a Part within FPR 2010, click on the 'Table of Contents' tab on the left-hand side of the screen to expand the Part to display all the rules in that Part and enable you to navigate to the provision you are interested in. The Table of Contents tab within FPR 2010 also lists all other Parts of FPR 2010 and individual rules can be navigated to by clicking on each Part.
