A small business that closes must report the closure to several governmental authorities including the Income Tax Authority, Value Added Tax (VAT) (for an Osek Murshe only), and the National Insurance Institute.
It may also be necessary for the business to report the closure to the relevant city authorities, the electric company, insurance companies and other services providers.
