This Precedent is a checklist for an employer to use setting out some of the steps that it may need to take to prevent sexual harassment of its staff, to comply with the duty to prevent sexual harassment set out in section 40A of the Equality Act 2010 (EqA 2010). It is part of a toolkit comprising:
