Pensions analysis: The Pensions Ombudsman (PO) has upheld a complaint brought by Dalriada Trustees Ltd (Dalriada) and others of multiple instances of breach of trust and maladministration against Ecroignard Trustees Ltd (Ecroignard) and a Mr Shroff, a former director of that company.
