The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has published two rulings on 16 April 2025. A complaint against Fitzdares Ltd regarding Stuart Broad's gambling promotion was not upheld, with ASA finding the retired cricketer lacked strong appeal to under-18s. In a separate ruling, Vodafone's 'The Nation's Network' claim was partially upheld—their TV ad was cleared due to clear heritage context, while their website ad was found to breach the CAP Code as an unsubstantiated comparative claim lacking objective verification.
