(1)Â Â Â Â Notwithstanding the provisions listed in subsection (2), the provisions of the 2012 Wages Order are to have effect in relation to agricultural workers on and from 1 October 2013 until such time as the Welsh Ministers make an agricultural wages order.
(2)    The provisions are—
(a)Â Â Â Â section 72(4) and paragraph 2 of Schedule 20 to the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013;
(b)Â Â Â Â article 4 of the Enterprise
