(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý This section applies where—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý [Natural England or [the Natural Resources Body for Wales] offer to enter into a nature reserve agreement or an SSSI agreement .Ìý.Ìý.±Õ providing for the making by them of payments [to any person; or]

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the relevant authority offer to enter
