90  Indemnities in respect of fluoridation [90 Indemnities in respect of fluoridation]

The Secretary of State may, with the consent of the Treasury, agree to indemnify any water undertaker in respect of such of any of the following as he thinks fit, that is to say—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý liabilities incurred by the undertaker in connection with anything done by the undertaker for the purpose of increasing the fluoride content of any water supplied by the undertaker;

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý costs or expenses which are incurred by the undertaker, or for
