SCHEDULE 12 Commencement Orders: Appropriate Authority

In relation to the sections and Schedules listed in the first column of this table, the appropriate authority for the purposes of section 94(3) is as listed in the second column (see paragraph 3 as regards interpretation of terms used in the table)—
