127  Making of scheme

(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý If the appropriate national authority approves the scheme, the authority or authorities who proposed it may make it as approved at any time not later than six months after the date of the approval.

[(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý The authority or authorities who proposed the scheme may make it—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý . . .

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý . . . in accordance with the requirements of subsection (1B).

(1A)ÌýÌýÌýÌý . . .

(1B)ÌýÌýÌýÌý If—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý . . .

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the Welsh Ministers approve the scheme under section 126,

the authority or authorities who proposed it may make it, as approved, at any time not later than 6 months after the date of the approval.]

(2)ÌýÌýÌýÌý The scheme must specify—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the area to which it relates,

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the date on which it is to come into operation, which must not be earlier than 21 months after the date on which it is made, and
