95  Sections 93 and 94: interpretation

(1)     This section defines these expressions (here listed alphabetically) for the purposes of sections 93 and 94 and this section—

(a)     aerodrome;

(b)     airport, and its operator;

(c)     great national emergency;

[(ca)     range control services;]

(d)     relevant asset, and a person who owns or operates it;

[(da)     spacecraft;

(db)     spaceflight activities;

(dc)     spaceport;]

(e)     United Kingdom air transport undertaking.
