63  Penalties and time limit for prosecution of offences

(1)     Any person guilty of an offence under this Act shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £100 . . ..

(2)     Notwithstanding any provision of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975, the prosecution of any offence under this Act shall be commenced within 6 months
