[Part XIIZD Statutory Parental Bereavement Pay]

[171ZZ6 Ìý·¡²Ô³Ù¾±³Ù±ô±ð³¾±ð²Ô³Ù±Õ

[(1)     A person who satisfies the conditions in subsection (2) is entitled in accordance with the following provisions of this Part to payments to be known as “statutory parental bereavement payâ€.

(2)     The conditions are—

(a)     that the person is a bereaved parent,

(b)     that the person has been in employed earner's employment with an employer for a continuous period of at least 26 weeks ending with the relevant week,
