[171C  Personal capability assessments]

[(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý Where the own occupation test is not applicable, or has ceased to apply, in the case of a person, the question whether the person is capable or incapable of work shall be determined in accordance with a personal capability assessment.

(2)ÌýÌýÌýÌý Provision shall be made by regulations—
