111  Purchaser of beneficial interest of tenant for life to have remedies of a legal owner

°Â³ó±ð°ù±ð—

(a)     at the commencement of this Act the legal beneficial interest of a tenant for life under a settlement is vested in a purchaser; or

(b)     after the commencement of this Act a tenant for life conveys or deals with his beneficial interest in possession in favour of a purchaser,
