Part 5 Interpretation

21

(1)     For the purposes of this Schedule, in relation to a youth rehabilitation order—

“breachâ€, in relation to a requirement of the order, means a failure to comply with it, and related expressions are to be read accordingly;

“corresponding order†means the order specified under paragraph 10(1);

“home court†means—
