Part 2 Referral Orders

7

(1)     This paragraph applies where—

(a)     a court makes a referral order in respect of an offence (the “Code offenceâ€), and

(b)     the offender has been convicted before [1 December 2020] of another offence (the “pre-Code offenceâ€) for which he or she is to be dealt with at the same time.
