265  Required special sentence for certain offenders of particular concern

(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý This section applies where a court imposes a sentence of detention in a young offender institution for an offence where—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the offence is listed in Schedule 13,

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the offender—

(i)ÌýÌýÌýÌý . . .
