22  Speed limits: supplementary

(1)     The Scotland Act 1998 (Transfer of Functions to the Scottish Ministers etc) Order 1999 (SI 1999/1750) is amended as follows.

(2)     In Schedule 3 (functions exercisable after consultation), in the entry for the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984—

(a)     omit paragraph (a) (section 17(2));

(b)     omit paragraph (f) (sections 86(2) and 88(1) and (4)).

(3)     In the Schedule to the Scotland Act 1998 (Transfer
