15 Ìý¶Ù±ð±ô±ð²µ²¹³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô

(1)     The chief officer of police may delegate, to such extent and subject to such conditions as he may specify, any of his functions under sections 12 to [14A] to [an] assistant chief constable; and references in those sections to the person delegating shall be construed accordingly.
