31  Short title, commencement and extent etc

(1)     This Act may be cited as the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985.

(2)     The following provisions of this Act come into force on its passing—

(a)     this Part (other than subsections (5) and (6) below);

(b)     sections 11 to 13; and
