[23G  Collaboration agreements: directions]

[(1)     The Secretary of State may give chief officers or [policing bodies] directions about collaboration agreements or related matters.

(2)     A direction may be given to—

(a)     one or more chief officers;

(b)     one or more [policing bodies].
