SCHEDULE 3 The Planning Council

Section 5

1

The Planning Council shall consist of a chairman appointed by the Secretary of State, and other members appointed as follows—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý one member appointed by each Health Board;

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý one member appointed by each university in Scotland which has a medical school;

(c)ÌýÌýÌýÌý not more than 6 officers of the Secretary of State appointed by him; and

(d)ÌýÌýÌýÌý such other members,
