Remuneration, Allowances and Superannuation

88  Payment of allowances and remuneration to members of certain bodies connected with the health services

(1)     The Secretary of State may pay to members of—

(a)     the Medical Practices Committee,

(b)     the Dental Estimates Board,

(c)     the Tribunal,

(d)     anybody on which functions are conferred by regulations under section 22 [or by regulations which make provision in relation to section 17C arrangements of a kind that may be made by regulations under section 22], and

(e)     anybody
