[17Q  Assistance and support] [17Q Health Boards' power to enter into pharmaceutical care services contracts]

[(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý A Health Board may provide assistance and support to—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý any person providing, or proposing to provide, primary medical services under a general medical services contract;

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý any person providing, or proposing to provide, such services in accordance with
