[52L Ìý±·´Ç³¾¾±²Ô²¹³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô±Õ

[(1)     This section applies if the [Welsh Ministers nominate] an authority under section 52D(2)(b) above.

(2)     [They] shall notify the authority in writing of—

(a)     the nomination;

(b)     the set of principles determined for the authority under section 52B
