Public Works Loans Act 1965 (c 63)

In section 2 of the Public Works Loans Act 1965 (local loans)—

(a)     in subsection (3), for “section 43 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989†there is substituted “section 1 of the Local Government Act 2003â€;, and

(b)     in subsection (5), for “section 47 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989†there is substituted “section 13 of the Local Government Act 2003â€.
