[29  Community councils for groups of communities]

[(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý A community meeting of a community may apply to the principal council within whose area the community is situated—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý for an order grouping the community with some neighbouring community or communities which lie in the same principal area as the applicant, under a common community council, or

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý for an order adding the community to a group of communities—

(i)ÌýÌýÌýÌý which are all in the area of the same principal council as the community; and

(ii)ÌýÌýÌýÌý for which there
