13  Constitution of parish meeting, etc

(1)     The parish meeting of a parish shall consist of the local government electors for the parish.

(2)     Any act of a parish meeting may be signified by an instrument signed by the person presiding and two other local government electors present at the meeting, or, if an instrument under seal is required, by an instrument signed by those persons and sealed with the seal of the parish council in the case of a parish having a separate parish council
