195  Application of the Legal Profession and Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 2007

(1)     The Legal Profession and Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 2007 (asp 5) (“the 2007 Act”) applies to—

(a)     any element of a complaint relating to,

(b)     the provision by a practitioner of,

the advice, services and activities mentioned in subsection (2) as it applies to any
