12  Meaning of “reserved legal activity” and “legal activity”

(1)     In this Act “reserved legal activity” means—

(a)     the exercise of a right of audience;

(b)     the conduct of litigation;

(c)     reserved instrument activities;

(d)     probate activities;

(e)     notarial activities;
