21 听翱蹿蹿别苍肠别

(1)聽聽聽聽 A person commits an offence if he employs another (鈥渢he employee鈥) knowing that the employee is [disqualified from employment by reason of the employee's immigration status].

[(1A)聽聽聽聽 A person commits an offence if the person鈥

(a)聽聽聽聽 employs another person (鈥渢he employee鈥) who is disqualified from employment by reason of the employee's immigration status, and

(b)聽聽聽聽 has reasonable cause to believe that the employee is disqualified from employment by reason of the employee's immigration status.

(1B)聽聽聽聽 For the purposes of subsections (1) and (1A) a person is disqualified from employment by reason of
