[218A  Anti-social behaviour: landlords' policies and procedures]

[(1)     This section applies to the following landlords—

(a)     a local housing authority;

(b)     a housing action trust;

[(ba)     a non-profit registered provider of social housing;]

(c)     a registered social landlord.

(2)     The landlord must prepare—

(a)     a policy in relation to anti-social behaviour;

(b)     procedures for dealing with occurrences of anti-social behaviour.
