622  Minor definitions: general

[(1)]     In this Act—

[“assured tenancy” has the same meaning as in Part I of the Housing Act 1988;

“assured agricultural occupancy” has the same meaning as in Part I of the Housing Act 1988;]

[“authorised deposit taker” means—

(a)     a person who has permission under [Part 4A] of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 to accept deposits, ...
