Public Records Act 1958

In Part 2 of the Table in paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 (definition of public records), omit—

(a)     “Director of Fair Access to Higher Education.â€, and

(b)     “Higher Education Funding Council for England.

Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967

In Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (departments etc subject to investigation), omit—

(a)     “The Director of Fair Access to Higher Education.â€, and

(b)     “Higher Education Funding Council for England.

Superannuation Act 1972

In Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 (kinds of employment to which a scheme under section 1 of the 1972 Act can apply), omit—

House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975
