(1)     The following provisions of this Part come into force on the day on which this Act is passed—

(a)     sections 115 to 117;

(b)     sections 119 to 121;

(c)     section 123;

(d)     this section;

(e)     section 125.

(2)     Sections 86, 87 and 88 come into force, so far as relating to a matter specified
