[84  Matters which may be dealt with by prospectus rules]

[(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý Prospectus rules may make provision as to—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the required form and content of a prospectus .Ìý.Ìý.;

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the cases in which a summary need not be included in a prospectus;

(c)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the languages which may be used in a prospectus .Ìý.Ìý.;

(d)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the determination of the persons
