12  Mandatory contribution to critical benchmarks

(1)     Article 23 of the Benchmarks Regulation (mandatory contribution to a critical benchmark) is amended as follows.

(2)     Omit paragraphs 1 to 4.

(3)     For paragraph 5 substitute—

“5A     If a supervised contributor or supervised third country contributor gives a notification under Article 22A(6), the contributor may not cease contributing input data before the date specified in the notification as the date on which it intends to cease contributing, unless the FCA gives it written permission to
