309  Information sharing

(1)     This section applies to information that—

(a)     is held by the Secretary of State, the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority or the Northern Ireland Authority for Energy Regulation (each “a relevant person”), and

(b)     is relevant to the electricity generator levy.
