(1)聽聽聽聽 This section applies if a demerger event occurs in relation to a production group.

(2)聽聽聽聽 A 鈥渄emerger event鈥 occurs, in relation to a production group, if a group producer (the 鈥渄emerging producer鈥) ceases to be connected with at least one other group producer.
