[ [21A Notification of results of application]

[(1)     This section applies where a person (“Aâ€) makes an application to be registered in the register in exercise of entitlement under section 15.

(2)     The registrar, within the period of one month beginning with the date of receipt of the application, must—

(a)     acknowledge receipt of the application; and

(b)     inform A of any missing document required for the purposes of the application.
