SCHEDULE 3 Application of Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 to Civil Contempt Proceedings under section 63(3)

(1)     Where the proceedings are taken of the court's own motion the provisions of the Act listed in this sub-paragraph shall apply as if a complaint had been made against the person against whom the proceedings are taken, and subject to the modifications specified in sub-paragraphs (2) and (3)
