(1)聽聽聽聽 Subject to subsections (2) to (7), this Act extends to England and Wales only.

(2)聽聽聽聽 Chapter 1 of Part 1 (meaning of 鈥渃harity鈥 and 鈥渃haritable purpose鈥: general)鈥

(a)聽聽聽聽 extends also to Scotland, but affects the law of Scotland only so far as mentioned in section 7;

(b)聽聽聽聽 extends also to Northern Ireland, but affects the law of Northern Ireland only so
