85 Ìý·¡²Ô´Ú´Ç°ù³¦±ð³¾±ð²Ô³Ù

(1)     Subject to subsection (3) below, where a sum agreed[, awarded or determined by third party determination] under this Act to be paid for compensation, costs or otherwise by a landlord or tenant of an agricultural holding is not paid within fourteen days after the time when the payment becomes due, it shall be recoverable, if the county court so orders,
