It is possible for the court to correct an irregularity in a final divorce order. This power is provided for by the Family Procedure Rules 2010 (FPR 2010), SI 2010/2955, 29.16 (the slip rule) or FPR 2010, SI 2010/2955, 4.1(6) (power to vary or revoke).
