Deadlines for transposition1 January 2025 for Article 17(15) (prohibiting financial incentives for the installation of fossil fuel boilers).

29 May 2026 for Articles 1 to 3, 5 to 29 and 32, and Annexes I, II, III, and V to X.

Articles 30, 31, 33 and 34 shall apply from 30 May 2026.
RepealsDirective 2010/31/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 2010 on the energy performance of buildings (recast) with effect from 30 May 2026, subject to the provisos set out in Article 36.
