Introducer definition

What does Introducer mean?

Means any person, business or other entity which introduces potential clients to an authorised firm.

The SRA Code of Conduct contains a number of Outcomes arising in respect of arrangements with introducers. The behaviours which should be demonstrated relate to independence and acting in the best interests of the client.
